Design
Encotech’s experience with a multitude of processes and technologies allows us to integrate the most well-suited process for your treatment objectives, budget, and timing. Our process begins with simple Process Flow Designs, Piping & Instrument Diagrams, through to 3D Models and production drawings. Our team looks at every detail through each step to ensure quality, reliability, operator-friendly systems are delivered.
Fabrication
Our main facility is located in Eighty Four, PA, conveniently located just a few miles from both I-70 and I-79. We have production area under roof, including a 10-TON overhead crane, and dedicated welding and machining areas. Our fabrication team prides itself on quality.
Controls Integration
Our experience in process automation provides our customers the option of fully hands-off operation, with Programmable Logic Controllers, off-site monitoring and telemetry, and control logic design capabilities all available upon request. Standard equipment includes Allen-Bradely components.
Installation
Our goal has always been to prepare for and address every detail in advance, from scheduling to the smallest system specification to on-site safety, so that we deliver superior products and services the moment our equipment and technicians arrive on a project site.
Remote and Technical Support
Our project sites span the globe, and in all of our projects, our focus has always been to supply quality equipment and service while also anticipating and responding to our customers’ ever-changing needs. To facilitate this, Encotech offers the option to include a remote access function to each of it’s Controls Systems. Not only does this allow for our access for technical support, but also facilities remote monitoring and alarming to your operators or users.
Systems Rental
We skid-load our equipment to make it easy to move to your location with everything you need to get the job done. Whether it’s a simple filter, or charged, loaded and ready environmental processing package we will take care of everything. Our crews will remove the system from site, clean and even manage the disposal of spent media.
